Cabinet approved a statutory instrument to allow TurboKachin Consortium Limited, the concessionaire on the Chingola-Kasumbalesa road. the company will operate and collect toll fees at Konkola Toll Plaza in Chililabombwe. Cabinet resolved that the company collects tolls for the road which was built by the firm under the Public Private Partnership-PPP.
